PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Once candidates are selected for admission, they will be required to complete the registration process by submitting the following documents and payment:

  • University Application Form: Selected candidates must fill out the university application form for admission. The form should be completed accurately and submitted along with a minimum payment of Rs. 30,000/-. This payment serves as a confirmation of the candidate's intention to enroll in the program.
  • Original Certificates: Candidates must provide the original copies of their certificates for all previous qualifying examinations. These certificates are essential for verification purposes and to ensure the authenticity of the candidate's academic records.
  • Equivalence Certificate: Students who have completed their qualifying examinations under boards other than Telangana/CBSE/ICSE are required to submit an equivalence certificate. This certificate validates the equivalency of their qualifications with the relevant board's standards.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND

Candidates who have taken admission at EThames Degree College, Hyderabad should be aware of the following guidelines regarding the cancellation of admission and refund process:

  • Applicants can withdraw their admission prior to enrollment with OU, subject to a deduction for administrative charges
  • Refund Process: If a candidate withdraws their admission within the stipulated deadline, a refund will be initiated after deducting an administration charges of Rs. 10000/-. The remaining fee will be refunded to the candidate.
  • No refunds after OU registration: After registering with DOST and OU, candidates are not allowed to withdraw their admission, and no fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Eligibility Requirements: The admission granted to candidates is subject to meeting the eligibility requirements as per the rules and regulations established by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Osmania University, Hyderabad, and the Government of Telangana. These eligibility criteria are in effect at present and are subject to amendments as per the regulatory authorities.
