Biography

FCA Guru Priya Vajjah serves as the Director – Finance & Human Resources at EThames Business School, Hyderabad, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over a decade of experience in finance leadership and organisational management. She holds an MBA in Finance and previously worked with Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., where she led statutory financial reporting within a large multinational operating environment. At EThames Business School and Learning Versity, she oversees Finance, Human Resources, and Operations, managing recruitment, learning & development, accounting, internal audit, taxation, and compliance, while working closely with senior leadership to strengthen governance frameworks and drive operational excellence. She also spearheads strategic initiatives such as Teen Leadership Programs and key HR transformation efforts, playing a pivotal role in institution-building and sustainable growth. With additional certifications in Forensic Accounting and Information Systems Audit, she brings deep expertise in financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and people management. His professional journey through global businesses enriches our curriculum, particularly in the fields of operations management, cybersecurity and e-commerce management. Charan’s seminars and interactive sessions demystify complex subjects, preparing students for the challenges of the digital age.

Subba Raju Pericherla (Subbu) is a seasoned entrepreneur, startup evangelist, and ecosystem builder with decades of experience across talent, HR, entrepreneurship, and community-led innovation. He is the Founder of CrossBorders and a Founding Member of iCollab Hub, and has played key leadership roles across the TiE global ecosystem, including Chair – TYE (TiE Hyderabad) and Global Co-Chair – TiE University. Widely respected for building founder-centric communities, he has mentored startups, advised funds, and supported university incubators across multiple sectors including technology, manufacturing, and services. His journey from grassroots roles to ecosystem leadership reflects a deep commitment to enabling entrepreneurs and nurturing high-impact ventures. As a member of the Advisory Board, he guides EThames Business School, Hyderabad, in building strong startup pathways, founder-led learning ecosystems, and entrepreneurship-driven career outcomes. Prof. Satya Kiran Sastry, MBA (Cambridge College, UK), Vice President-Strategic Initiatives has over 20 years of experience in Training Design & Delivery and Leadership Development. He is a well-known orator and has been a guest speaker at many prestigious institutions like Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is also a sought-after moderator for national and international level conferences and has even moderated sessions featuring renowned speakers like Sir Jeffery Archer and Shashi Tharoor. An internationally certified mind coach and a TEDx speaker, he takes care of the strategic initiatives for EThames Global, aimed at bringing unique value to the students. He also manages one of its kind initiatives of EThames College like UbuntU, Leadership Series, Career Guidance series etc. He takes our students to participate in prestigious events and explore them to the who is who in the industry.
