Dr. T. Suchitra Rani boasts 24 years of teaching experience at both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, with 8 years served as an Associate Professor. During her tenure, she has excelled in instructing courses such as Managerial Economics, Fundamentals of Retailing, Services Marketing, and Principles of Marketing, while actively engaging in academic events and initiatives. Holding an MBA, M.Phil, and Ph.D., she has authored over 37 articles published across various National, International, and esteemed journals. Dr. Rani has also participated in and presented articles at numerous National and International Conferences and Seminars, focusing her research on Digital Consumer Behavior.

Dr. Sahera Fatima

Dr. Sahera Fatima is a distinguished scholar, embodying a commitment to academic excellence and leadership in Management. Qualified in both UGC NET and TS-SET, she has taught at the higher education level for over 7 years. Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Fatima accumulated 16 years of rich industry experience, assuming leadership roles across various levels of HR Management. Her doctoral research, focused on ‘Leadership Behavior’, has received acclaim, resulting in the publication of several papers in esteemed journals listed by ABDC, WoS, and Scopus. Additionally, she has presented research papers at international conferences. Beyond research, she has authored/co-authored eight books, enriching scholarly discourse. Dr. Karunasree has received several awards for her outstanding contributions to teaching and research, including the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Lifetime Achievement National Award and the International Educator of the Year Award. She is a Life Member of the International Institute of Organized Research and is registered with the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. Dr. Andal Ammisetti

Dr. Andal Ammisetti, with 25 years of teaching experience in Marketing Management and a PG Diploma in Personnel Management, has excelled at various prestigious Management Colleges and B-Schools. A top performer in both her MBA and PG diploma, she’s renowned for her expertise in Marketing Electives and general Management subjects. Dr. Ammisetti, sought-after for her high student feedback scores, has made significant contributions to academia through research presentations, publications, and curriculum development. Her pioneering Ph.D. research on ‘Internet Store Loyalty’, involvement in international conferences, commitment to academic excellence, and entrepreneurial support are commendable.

Shailendra Tipparaju

Mr. Shailendra Tipparaju (alias Shailu Tipparaju) is a well-known entrepreneur with a zeal for the education industry, technology and executive coaching. As a reward for his diligence, he was able to form a cross-industry global footprint spanning over two decades. He has played a significant role as the founding member of several Education Technology companies.

Mr. Tipparaju is the Chief Innovation Officer at Examity, one of the world’s leading Online Proctoring organizations. He also serves as the Chairman of Chicago-based Colosseum Group, a global brand of companies that focus on investments, incubation, research, engineering, education, and creative brand communications. He has rendered his valuable services in fostering entrepreneurship being the CIO at Examity, Venture Partner at Dallas Venture Capital, and Vice-Chairman of Atal Balachandran Great Lakes Incubation (AGBI).

Before his stint in the current roles, he has been a founding member of EdAssist by Bright Horizons and Strateology. He also led the Technology Innovation program at CVS Pharmacy, a Global Fortune 10 enterprise, heading implementations of shared services platforms.

Mr. Tipparaju started as an intern in 1999 at Xerox innovation group (then part of the Motorola division) and led several successful global engineering initiatives at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), Delta Air Lines, and GSK. He was honoured as Xerox’s top-performing employee worldwide in 2005.

Mr. Tipparaju is a celebrated author and speaker. He is acclaimed as one of the top 100 Education pioneers in 2020. He is an active contributor to various standardized and certification global councils in the edtech domain.

Mr. Tipparaju has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Prof. Ramesh Loganathan

Prof. Ramesh Loganathan, Professor of Co-Innovation and Head Research/Innovation outreach at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, is well-known as an exemplary leader. Before commencing his journey with IIIT Hyderabad, Prof. Loganathan rendered his service for HeadStart Network Foundation, State Innovation Cell, Progress Software India, Pramati Technologies, Informix Software, Shell & Compaq- Houston, to name a few. He was a visiting faculty at IIT Hyderabad and a member of the governing board of incubators at IIIT-Hyderabad, IIT Hyderabad, IIIT-Delhi and BITS.

Before switching to the field of education, Prof. Loganathan worked in the product R&D space for 25 years. In 2017, he was elected the Interim Chief Innovation Officer of Telangana state. He contributed as one of the founders of HeadStart Network (StartupSaturday), the president of HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Industry Association) and a Regional council member at NASSCOM.

Mr. Guru Malladi is well-known as a partner at EY who leads Sales and Innovation for the India region. He has rendered his service to clients in Government, Banking, Energy and Developmental Finance around strategy, technology, and innovation across the world. Renowned as a dynamic leader, he efficiently handled various leadership roles within EY to create/scale new businesses with P&L responsibility.

Mr. Malladi has contributed significantly at EY on initiatives such as Aadhaar (Unique ID), Financial Intelligence Unit, modernization of tax administration, and banking technologies, to name a few. Prior to his stint in EY, he rendered his service as a Project Coordinator at Standard Chartered Bank, London, for a couple of years.

Dr NS Rajan, widely acclaimed as the Alchemist of Happiness, is the former CEO of IDFC Foundation. Before his stint in IDFC, he rendered his service as the Group CHRO and member of the Group Executive Council for Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group. He was the Global Leader of the People Advisory consulting worldwide at Ernst & Young (EY).

In addition to all these enviable positions, Dr. Rajan is a Director on the board of Dalmia Bharat Limited and has served on the boards of XLRI Jamshedpur, Tata Consultancy Services and Taj Group Of Hotels/Indian Hotels Company Limited. He was the former National President of the NHRD Network and has also served on the national committees of CII. He has been a member of the governing council of CDC, the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.

Dr. Rajan has PhD in Leadership from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He completed his BA in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai and PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Dr. Rajan has received a national award as Chairman of Group Affirmative Action of the Tata Group for the Group’s contributions to the cause of the under-served and the underprivileged.

Prof. Ajit Rangnekar is the former Dean of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. As an honour for his indomitable spirit in leading one of the world’s leading business schools, he was fortunate to be appointed as the Director of the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™).

Prof. Rangnekar, before his stint at Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad was the Country Head at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Consulting in Hong Kong and the Philippines. He was head of the #telecom and #entertainment industry consulting practice for PwC in East Asia (China to Indonesia). At present, he is the Director-General at the Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad (RICH), an initiative of Telangana Government to take innovation to the market.
