We are Always the Best and Successful in our Professional Field.
TeenCEO™ is designed for students who want to understand how the real world of business actually works—before they step into it. It goes beyond textbook concepts to immerse students in how companies create value, make strategic decisions, and drive growth. Through hands-on simulations, structured frameworks, and real-world exposure, students begin to think like decision-makers—developing the confidence, clarity, and commercial mindset that define future business leaders.
What sets this program apart
Program Curriculum
How Businesses Really Work
What a business is, why businesses exist, how different models create value.. Revenue, costs, profit introduced intuitively. Simulation: teams form and define their company identity.
Inside the Organisation — Functions & Processes
The 8 core business functions and how they depend on each other. Interdependency becomes real in the simulation: marketing needs budget from finance, operations needs headcount from HR. First cross-functional crisis: a product launch decision.
Managerial & Leadership Skills
CEO mindset: synthesising competing priorities, deciding under incomplete information, accountability for outcomes. Rotating CEO system launched. Communication, ethics, and execution discipline through live challenges.
Careers in Business & Management
Students connect their simulation experience to real career tracks. Each functional head defends their department’s budget to the Board. Practitioners share what their actual career paths looked like. Ethical dilemmas and crisis communication scenarios.
TeenCEO™ Capstone — Business Theatre
The formal Board-level strategy defence. Teams present their company’s performance, decisions, and future direction to a live jury. Every student has a speaking role. Portfolio compiled and certificate awarded.
