Ubuntu - I Am Because You Are
UbuntU is a one-of-its-kind student mastermind group consisting of upto 15 students from the same batch who meet for 3 hours, once in a fortnight outside the classroom. They not only help each other learn and arrive at their goals but also get an opportunity to expand their horizons through real-life and real-time case studies and experiences. UbuntU is an ideal platform for self-discovery and personal development. It is a practical and experiential lab for the students to practice their communication, emotional, and leadership skills.

Elabz - A Student Sandbox
EThames has a special programme for students who aspire to become job creators rather than job seekers. A full-fledged incubation centre called ELabZ helps inspire budding entrepreneurs, providing them education, mentorship, and funding support. Personal Success
Empowering Students from the Inside Out
The Personal Success Course, spanning 3 years and divided into 6 semesters, covers 27 topics such as different modes of thinking, understanding dreams, assessing strengths, and developing communication skills. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion. This programme aims to cultivate personal development, leadership qualities, and a positive mindset for success. Recognising the significance of personal qualities, EThames emphasises personality development alongside academic excellence, acknowledging their crucial role in professional success, as highlighted by the World Economic Forum.
