The Teen Corporate Leadership Challenge (TCLC) is a dynamic experiential learning platform designed to nurture the next generation of business leaders by exposing students to real-world corporate thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership challenges. Bringing together bright young minds from 30 schools across Telangana, the challenge encouraged participants to think strategically, communicate confidently, solve problems creatively, and perform under pressure.

The competition was conducted through a rigorous three-stage process comprising the Preliminary Round, Pre-Jury Round, and the Jury Round, where students demonstrated their managerial aptitude, business acumen, innovation, collaboration, and presentation skills before an esteemed panel.

Participants competed for prestigious CXO titles such as CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO, giving them an opportunity to experience the responsibilities and perspectives of corporate leadership first hand. One of the CXO title winners were chosen as the ‘Teen CEO”.

Beyond competition, the TCLC served as a transformative learning experience that instilled essential 21st-century skills including leadership, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, decision-making, adaptability, confidence, and team collaboration — empowering students to become future-ready leaders.
