TeenLeadr™ Foundations

For Corporate & Leadership Careers

TeenLeadr™ is a formative programme: students discover what their mindsets are naturally aligned to, work on their leadership muscles across seven dimensions, and experiment across five distinct theatres of leadership before committing to one for their capstone.

What sets this program apart

The most outward-looking of the three programmes — students leave the classroom
A formative programme — students first discover which of the 5 mindsets (Purpose, Abundance, Moonshot, Exponential, Gratitude) they are naturally aligned to, then work on their 7 leadership muscles, and experiment across all 5 theatres of leadership before choosing one for their capstone
Field visits to real institutions: T-Hub, government offices, NGOs, newsrooms
6 structured interactions with practitioners: IAS/IPS officers, founders, NGO heads, journalists
Framework: 7 Leadership Muscles × 5 Leadership Theatres
Capstone is a real-world change project, not a classroom presentation
Explicitly anchored to Viksit Bharat 2047
